Fresh Curds are bite-size nuggets of fresh cheese, also known as "squeaky cheese". They are full-flavored with a clean, milky taste. Market Herb Curds are flavored with olive oil, fresh parsley, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Market Herb Curds are an ideal snack food or simple appetizer.

Serving suggestion:

  • Toss Market Herb Curds in a salad of baby greens and fresh tomatoes with a light dressing.

Shipping Policy FAQ

Orders must be placed by end-of-day Tuesday to arrive by the end of that week. Wednesday is the last day of the week for orders to be shipped.

  • Orders placed Wednesday through end-of-day Sunday will ship on Monday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.

We offer only Standard Overnight shipping.

Periship (an exclusive FedEx partner) does not require a signature for delivery.

We make every effort to cut the specific amount of cheese ordered, but it is possible that we may cut slightly more or less. Since our cheese is priced by the pound, you will be charged for the amount of cheese we have cut.
