Located in Seattle’s Pike Place Market and New York City’s Flatiron District, visitors to our glass-walled cheesemaking kitchens witness firsthand the centuries-old craftsmanship that goes into every batch of our award-winning cheese, including our signature Flagship.
When visiting Beecher's in the Flatiron District, we invite you to grab a sandwich in our cafe and watch the cheesemakers at work or wander downstairs into The Cellar where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the glow of our cheese cave where row upon row of Beecher's cheeses ripen to perfection.
Store and Cafe
In addition to making and selling our own line of cheeses, our retail store offers a bountiful, well-curated selection of the "best of" American artisan cheeses and charcuterie. While visiting, we'll introduce you not only to our favorite cheeses and meats but also to the talented producers we know and love. Of course we will also provide you with fantastic accompaniments- antipasti, crackers, honey, pickles, etc- for your carefully chosen cheeses and meats, all true to our mission of natural, additive-free foods.
And halfway through the day, our counter service switches to table service, where you are welcome to a delicious menu
of sharable menu items, mac and cheese options, and a full bar. There is no age limit in the cafe.

Just downstairs from our cheesemaking kitchen and cafe, guests can enjoy a glass of wine or spirits alongside a selection of sharable plates featuring embellished mac and cheese, roasted veggies, braised meats, soups, artisan cheeses and charcuterie. The Cellar menu is varied and full of flavor, so you'll want to enjoy more than one!
