The Flavors of Spring:
Beecher's Spring Cheese Collection
Here at Beecher's we never question how to best welcome in a new season - through cheese, of course! With our Spring Cheese Collection, our cheesemonger has hand-selected a premium selection of Northwest cheeses best suited for the inspiring months of springtime.
The cheeses include a fresh chèvre, Beecher's brie-style Tranquility cheese, and our own award-winning, one-year aged Flagship. The Collection also includes the Anjou Bakery Fruit Nut Crostini, a crunchy crostini famous for its perfect blend of grains, fruit and nuts.

Bring Cheese into Your Dining:
Tips for Incorporating Artisan Cheeses into Everyday Meals
While there's nothing better than a healthy slice of cheese on a buttery Beecher's Cracker, there is a lot of fun to be had when experimenting with new cheeses in your cooking.
Recently a Beecher's employee took Bubalus Bubalis, a fresh water buffalo milk mozzarella, and mixed it with artichoke hearts and bell peppers to create the perfect topping on a homemade pizza.
Or add a refreshing tanginess to your turkey sandwich with a slice of Tumalo Tomme from Juniper Grove. And next time you need to top your meal with a little cheese, reach for Oregon Gourmet’s Sublimity Peppercorn, Willamette Valley’s Brindis Fontina, or even Beecher's Flagship.
