Now Open!
Our cheesemaking kitchens, in Seattle's Pike Place Market and the Flatiron District in New York, are living museums where visitors witness the 5,000 year old art of making cheese combined with a 21st century commitment to quality and purity.
When visiting Beecher's in the Flatiron District, we invite you to grab a sandwich in our cafe and watch the cheesemakers at work or wander downstairs into The Cellar where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the glow of our cheese cave where row upon row of Beecher's Flatiron cheese - available only in New York - ripens to perfection.
Store and Cafe

In addition to making and selling our own line of cheeses, our retail store offers a bountiful, well-curated selection of the "best of" American artisan cheeses and charcuterie. While visiting, we'll introduce you not only to our favorite cheeses and meats but also to the talented producers we know and love. Of course we will also provide you with fantastic accompaniments- antipasti, crackers, honey, pickles, etc- for your carefully chosen cheeses and meats, all true to our mission of natural, additive-free foods.
The Cellar
Please note: The Cellar is a 21 and over restaurant.
Just downstairs from our cheesemaking kitchen, guests can enjoy a glass of wine or spirits alongside a selection of sharable plates featuring embellished mac and cheese, roasted veggies, braised meats, soups, artisan cheeses and charcuterie. The Cellar menu is varied and full of flavor, so you'll want to enjoy more than one!
