The following Shipping Policy relates only to Beecher's items that are not shipped frozen. This includes any item found within one of the categories listed below:

Due to the perishable nature of our product and our desire to deliver it to you in perfect condition, we offer multiple shipping options, all shipped according to getting you your order in a method that will not hurt the integrity of our product. All shipments are processed via Periship (an exclusive FedEx partner). Packages are shipped with either ice packs or dry ice, enabling us to ensure that the product remains cool while in transit, regardless of its final destination.

OUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE
It takes 24 hours for us to process your order. Currently, we ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.
If you would like to ship at a later date then when your order is placed, indicate the date you would like the product to arrive by in the Comments section during check out. Please note, we only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.
OUR SHIPPING SERVICES
We offer multiple forms of shipping: Standard Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver and Ground.
For orders shipping via Ground or Express Saver, orders must be placed by end-of-day Sunday to ship on Monday and arrive by the end of that week. Ground and Express Saver shipments go out only on Mondays, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
All other orders not shipping by Ground or Express Saver must be placed by end-of-day Tuesday to arrive by the end of that week.
We do everything possible to ship according to this schedule, but are not responsible for deliveries that are delayed due to weather or "acts of God."
We ship within the Continental United States only. If you would like to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact customer service at email@example.com or 1 (877) 907-1644.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
If you entered a wrong shipping address and your package has shipped, we are happy to contact Periship and do our best to reroute your package. Please note, however, that we will not assume responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided to us. In the event that the package can be rerouted in transit, delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. We also will not assume responsibility for time-in-transit damage due to address errors.
We are unable to replace items that perish due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. Our boxes are clearly marked “perishable” on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened. Please make sure that you or your recipient will be in town on the date that your order is due to arrive.
If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your shipment at 1 (877) 907-1644 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange a reshipment of your order.
SEASONAL CHEESE CLUB

Our shipping costs are broken down by zone and the weight of the package. In addition, due to the increasing costs of fuel, we are now passing on Periship's fuel surcharge as part of the shipping costs.
We will make every effort to cut the specific amount of cheese that you have requested, but it is possible that we may cut slightly more or less. Since our cheese is priced by the pound, you will be charged for the amount of cheese we have cut. Please understand that this is one of the challenges of offering a hand-crafted food product, and that we will do our best to make sure that you are satisfied.
Sales tax will be charged on all non-food items shipped within Washington State.
Periship is an exclusive partner of FedEx, using customized tracking and providing the highest, most specialized level of customer service in the industry.
Periship does not require a signature to release your package. If you are shipping to a commercial address, you may request Periship receive a signature in order to drop off a package for a $2.50 fee. Otherwise, they may release the package without a signature.
If you choose to require a signature for delivery, we recommend having your package shipped to an address where a signature can be easily obtained (such as a business or your work place), if there is any possibility you will be unable to personally receive the shipment. Cheese is a perishable product, and should be kept under refrigeration. Although we take great care to pack your order to maintain a cool temperature during shipping, if Periship is unable to deliver the package on their first attempt the cheese may get too warm, and the product may no longer be fresh.

We will confirm your shipment by e-mail and provide you with a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your order by simply clicking on the link provided.
We guarantee that the products you receive from Beecher's Handmade Cheese will be of the highest quality. Any Beecher's product that you feel is unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, providing you contact us with the details of your problem within twenty-four hours of having received your order.
